As the demands of the agricultural industry shifted, we witnessed producers in the Midwest struggle to meet demands and maintain skilled employees. Our founder, Alejandra Pinto, witnessed this problem first-hand while working as a professional TN on swine farms in Minnesota. In 2019, she established Porksuit Solution to fill the need for high-quality recruitment services for farms, feed lots, and meat processing plants. Since then, Porksuit Solution has become a trusted recruitment service for agricultural businesses across the Midwest.
